Where Vibe starts

Vibe begins at the prototype, not at the idea.

Something has to work first. That prototype may have come out of Bailiwick Venture Studio, or a founder may have built it in Cursor over a weekend — either way, the Studio's job is deciding what should exist and proving it can, and ours starts once it does.

The division of labor

The Studio runs six pre-proof phases and hands over a venture architecture, a usable proof, and a production blueprint. The eight phases below are post-prototype work.
